APPROVAL OF SAFARI LIVE
Description
This purchase is for SAFARI Montage Live! interactive videoconferencing system. It allows our staff to connect and collaborate with colleagues and students via videoconferencing system. It allows for meetings, trainings, and classes to take place via the web to reduce travel and personnel costs. Any function taking place can be recorded and streamed for future use. This also helps align us with Distance Learning protocols. Funds for this purchase can only be used for Capital items and are contained in this year's Shared Professional Services Capital Budget (9019)
Recommendation
It is recommended that the School Board approve the purchase for Safari Montage Live for the amount up to $154,000 from Safari Montage.
